  • Iron Man 2008

    Oct 20, 2026
Tony Stark builds his first armor in a cave with scraps, and the film stays closest to him when he's tinkering, failing, and rebuilding the suit by hand. It's the funniest and most personal of the series, with a story about what his weapons cost. If you went on to Iron Man 3 or The Winter Soldier, start here.
  • Wield a puzzle box instead of a gun: in this one, the Genesis Configuration is your main tool for staying alive while you're stuck in a bargain with Pinhead. Mad Head Games puts it in first-person survival horror, so you're always close to whatever's coming. Fans of Resident Evil-style dread who want something more ritualistic will find their match.
  • Cocoon 2026

    Oct 20, 2026
Cocoon is a word for being wrapped up and coming out changed, a bold thing to hang on a Yeat album. If you've kept up with his releases, you'll want to hear what he means by it. It's also a fair place to check in on where he is now.

Resident Evil, Dick Tracy and The Super Mario Galaxy Movie were all adapted from something else: a video game, a newspaper comic strip, a Nintendo platformer.

  • Loved on Achriom

The Truman Show, Moon Knight, and Loki all start with a hero who finds out his life isn't really his own.

  • New and returning

Resident Evil and Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival both revive old franchises with monsters at the center, zombies in one and Cenobites in the other.
