Importing Your Collection

Already tracking your books or movies elsewhere? Achriom can import from several services so you don’t have to start from scratch.

To access imports, open the sidebar menu and tap Import.

Goodreads (Books)

Import your book collection from Goodreads using a CSV export.

How to Export from Goodreads

1. Go to goodreads.com/review/import
2. Click Export Library at the top of the page
3. Wait for Goodreads to prepare your file (can take a few minutes)
4. Download the CSV file when it’s ready

How to Import

1. In Achriom, open the sidebar and tap Import
2. Select Goodreads
3. Upload your CSV file (tap or drag and drop)
4. Wait for the import to complete

What gets imported:

• All your books
• Read status (read, currently reading, to-read)
• Your star ratings
• Date read (if you tracked it)

Using StoryGraph? StoryGraph exports in Goodreads CSV format. Go to Import/Export in your StoryGraph account settings, choose Export your data in Goodreads format, then upload that file using the Goodreads importer above. Everything comes through — ratings, shelves, and read status.

Letterboxd (Movies)

Import your watched movies from Letterboxd using a CSV export.

How to Export from Letterboxd

1. Go to letterboxd.com/settings/data
2. Click Export Your Data
3. Download and unzip the export
4. Find the watched.csv file

How to Import

1. In Achriom, open the sidebar and tap Import
2. Select Letterboxd
3. Upload your watched.csv file
4. Wait for the import to complete

What gets imported:

• Movies you’ve marked as watched
• Your ratings

Trakt (TV Shows)

Import your TV show history from Trakt by username — no CSV export needed.

How to Import

1. In Achriom, open the sidebar and tap Import
2. Select Trakt
3. Enter your Trakt username
4. Wait for the import to complete

What gets imported:

• TV shows you’ve watched
• Watch status and progress
• Your ratings

Apple Music (Albums)

Import your saved albums from Apple Music. This requires signing in with your Apple ID.

Note: Apple Music import is currently available on mobile devices only (iPhone, iPad).

How to Import

1. Open Achriom on your iPhone or iPad
2. Open the sidebar and tap Import
3. Select Apple Music
4. Sign in with your Apple ID when prompted
5. Wait for your albums to import

What gets imported:

• Albums saved to your Apple Music library
• Artist and album artwork

We only read your library; we never modify anything in Apple Music.

After Importing

Once your items are in Achriom, your librarian knows about all of them. Try asking:

• “What patterns do you see in my books?”
• “Based on my movies, what else might I like?”
• “Find connections between my books and music”

Something Missing?
