1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Achriom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Achriom is a personal media library application that helps you catalog, organize, and explore your collection of books, movies, albums, and TV shows. The App includes an AI-powered librarian assistant that can answer questions about your collection and provide recommendations.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Tier

Achriom offers a free tier with the following limitations:

Up to 25 total items across all media types
10 AI librarian conversations per month

3.2 Achriom Pro Subscription

Achriom Pro removes all limitations and provides:

Unlimited library items
Unlimited AI librarian conversations
Unlimited shelf scanning
All current and future premium features

3.3 Subscription Pricing

Monthly: $9.99/month
Annual: $99/year (save 17%)

All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

3.4 Billing

Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.5 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account
Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Not attempt to circumvent subscription limitations
Not use the App to store or process illegal content
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Intellectual Property

The Achriom app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by TMAI, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Book, movie, album, and TV show metadata is sourced from third-party databases and remains the property of their respective owners.

You retain ownership of any personal notes, ratings, or other content you create within the App.

6. AI Features

The AI librarian assistant is powered by artificial intelligence and may occasionally provide inaccurate information. AI-generated responses should not be considered authoritative sources. The AI does not have access to real-time information and its knowledge has a cutoff date.

7. Third-Party Services

Achriom integrates with third-party services including:

Anthropic (Claude) for AI conversations
OpenAI for image recognition and content analysis
TMDB for movie and TV show metadata
Discogs and Apple Music for album metadata
Open Library and Google Books for book metadata

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Achriom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Achriom is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
